Side Yard Project

Well it seems we always have a home improvement project going.... right now were working on our side yard. Last year we planted sod but we bad about watering it so over the end of summer and winter it ended up dying and being a mud pit. So we decided to make a concrete patio which will be better for long term maintenance when we use this home as a rental property. No cost for water, no up keep coast, and a good space for a patio set :) Sounds like a win to us!
