Mexico was so much fun. We needed this fun in the sun break after a long pregnancy and an exhausting first few months with our new little baby. Kourtney did such a great job on this trip. She traveled well and helped her mommy and daddy be able to relax. We stayed in San Jose Del Cabo which is located about 20min up the beach from downtown Cabo San Lucas. We stopped in Cabo San Lucas on one of our cruises before and loved it so we thought we'd try a different part of Mexico for this trip. We went to Mexico in the "off" season if you will. Which was really nice because our hotel was empty and we had great service and could sit anywhere on the beach. It was also really nice because we were less stressed about whether or not Kourtney was going to bother other people trying to relax. That in turn really allowed Zach and I to relax and enjoy our time together. Our sweet baby loves the pool and swimming.
Here is a great video of Zach & Kourtney's 1st water Ballet show :)
We relaxed by the pool and explored around our hotel for most of our trip. We did venture off to a time share presentation to get a free dinner cruise, free airport transfers, and free food during one day of our trip. Here are a few pictures of the hotel we visited and Kourtney relaxing in the shade while Zach and I got to tan.
We went on a sunset dinner cruise on Monday night that took us out by the famous arches. It was a blast. We had great food, talked with really nice people, and got to get a close up of the arch. We also learned that every four years for about 4 weeks you can actually walk under the arch. The rest of the time it is covered in water. This was a random fact that we thought was really cool to get to see :) During our stay in Cabo they were having a few tropical storms off the coast so it was at times a little windy. Hot but it felt nice with the wind. Something a little weird must have been happening in the water because we started seeing all these dead fish. Although we heard lots of stories as to why it was happening, we feel it was most likely due to water temperature change from the storms. But, that too is just a guess. Here are a few pictures from the boat trip.
That's all for now :)
